Casey Vaughn formed the Vaughn Law Group after spending six years as a business litigator at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, the preeminent New York law firm. At S&C she represented numerous banks, hedge funds, oil and gas companies, and Fortune 100 companies in various types of civil litigation, criminal investigations, and internal compliance reviews and training. Previously, she worked in intellectual property enforcement at the luxury fashion house Burberry and as an operations analyst at an e-commerce start-up. At the Vaughn Law Group, Casey combines her experience representing some of the biggest brands in the world with her interest in e-commerce and internet law to advise her clients on growing a web-first business and navigating the inevitable disputes that arise.
